Build a scalable multi-channel lead generation strategy for Nory, an AI-driven restaurant management platform, to capture demand in the UK & Ireland hospitality market while educating the audience on advanced software solutions. Over time, expand the strategic scope to include the US market and strengthen the product-market fit across geographies.
Solution
Starting in late 2024, I partnered with the growth team to build and scale the full acquisition architecture.
